Why?!
Why would someone ever do this? I think they had a bunch of free samples and then decided to arrange them in the ugliest way possible. They succeeded.
Good thing there are people who find solutions to such craziness. The fix is just a cover-up but, WOW, what a difference....

~ whoa! ~ that first picture is beyond words...what is that little towel-hanger thingie wwaayy at the top..?! *haha!! Clearly the work of a 1/2 blind person on drugs, with a vengeance for the homeowner...there is no other possible explanation!
