I think that looks gross!
I would eat it. I think it looks like cookies stacked together. That's sounds better than cake.
I thought it looked more like cookies too. I imagined sugar cookies. Mmmm:)With goopy frosting in between.
Martha Stewart featured this cake on her show a week or two ago...WOW!!! it is a beautiful cake. She used white icing on hers so you couldn't really see the rainbow effect until you cut it...the icing on this one gives it even MORE colors!! Genius!!
