I saw this idea a while back and loved it! I can't pass up a good notepad. I made my own version and they turned out quite lovely, if I don't say so myself. I made a larger one as well with just lined paper. It's also nice but not as picture worthy.

Sooo.....tell me what you backed the fabric with and what all you used. A girl's got to know!
It's all paper. Double sided paper. The back of the notepads are manilla folders cut to size and then I just used whatever large notepad I had at the office and cut it to size as well. I used an industrial stapler for the larger notepad and a regular one for the smaller notepad.
